This movement is designed to define the upper & lower back, as well as your shoulders, abs, butt, thighs and arms.
With the use of the staff, it gives this stretch total isolation to the lower back and hamstrings.
Sustaining this move allows a deep stretch to the inner thigh and shoulders giving the inner thigh firmness and a nice contour to the shoulders.
By being placed in a seated position with your feet six inches from the floor, this isolates and contracts your ABS, giving your abs a great line.
