CURRENT CLASSES
BODIC beginners class
Monday 6:30pm- 7:30pm
$20 per Class, 10 classes for $150
Full body workout/ stretching, elongating and meditation / self motivation
BODIC intermediate level
Wednesdays 6:30pm- 7:30pm
$20 per class, 10 classes $150
Total body workout, using a staff. Isolates, strengthens, elongates. Up tempo cardio
BODIC advanced level
Saturday 10am- 11:15am
$20 per class, 10 classes $150
Full body workout, high intensity, and high energy Muscle endurance.
Brazilian Samba
Thursday 6:30pm- 7:30pm
PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAMS
0ne personal session per week with nutritional plan- $125.00 per session
Without nutritional plan - $110.00
Two personal sessions per week - $100.00 per session with nutritional plan.
Without nutritional plan $95.00
Three personal sessions per week -$90.00 per session with nutritional plan.
Without nutritional plan is $85.00
Four personal sessions per week- $75.00 per session with nutritional plan.
Without nutritional plan is $65.00
Nutritional Program: All nutritional programs /diets are designed to benefit you,
by creating a meal plan based on your Blood type. This is essential in getting the proper
nutrients out of what you consume on a daily bases.
Sessions: All sessions are one hour. A fitness coach conducts each session. Each
session consist of ten minutes of warm-up, forty minutes body conditioning, ten minutes of cool
down, which consist of stretching the entire body.
A one-time consultation fee of $80 is required prior to the start of your program.
All sessions are based on a four-month program that allows the body proper time to become
acclimated and get the best results from this program.
